I have the same story as all the others. I bought a card and it was never honored.

It never worked even though I had paid and uploaded a balance. I can not even get a person to answer the phone. They have not honored any refund requests. I filed a complaint with the AZ Attorney Generals office as well and am filing a small claims case as well.

I am in on the class action. How is this company allowed to do this?

No one answers the phone and I am consistently disconnected every time I call. I have been waiting over three months for a refund to no avail.
