My son was trying to get a card in his name. needless to say, people here have already had cards from there for YEARS without a problem.
They kept telling my son they couldn't verify his information. when we asked what information they couldn't verify they refused to answer. when we asked for a supervisor they told us we didn't need to speak to one. when we told them we had the right to speak to a supervisor, they again argued and asked us WHY we wanted to speak to one.
we hung up, called back, and the next operator refused also to put on a supervisor, and she flat out said, just use the money that is on the card and don't get another one through us. This kind of disrespect and shoddy workers make the company a BAD ONE.

they hung up as well., so the operator got her wish. we no longer have the wal mart cards at all, and will NEVER shop at wal mart again, also telling everyone we know to get rid of their cards and stop shopping there as well.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of green dot moneypak customer care. Green Dot Moneypak needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
