When I was 17 I had bought moneypak in a CVS and because I wasn't 18(I couldn't tell that you needed to be 18 in order to use the moneypak) I never got the money and they basically took 50 bucks from me.I was never able to get that money back.
The customer service was really unhelpful and was basically saying since I wasn't 18 I couldn't do anything with that account. So why can't I get my refund?
It's been a few years since then and since I've give up hope on getting a refund(i don't even remember the card information), I'll just settle for a scathing review instead.I always tell my friends to go with other prepaid cards now, like paypal.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $50.
