Scratched six of the numbers off
My mom brought me a moneypak card and she scratched off six of the numbers and we can't see them. I need your help.
Preferred solution: Money put on my card or the moneypak numbers so I can load my money to my account.

Resolved: NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT for Moneypak issue
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I wrote to Greendot's corporate office and Investor Relations department informing them of not only of the Moneypak issue, but the fact that there is an issue with their online help form and no live agent support.
I asked them to keep the product available but look into fixing the problems. I am receiving a refund by check.
I called the number, they directed me to fill out a claim form on the site. I followed all instructions and provided screenshots of the receipt and back if the card. They ask you to type in whatever numbers you can see on the partial set, and leave spaces where you can't. However, when its time to click Submit, they won't let you submit the form because the Moneypak number is "invalid".
There is no help from Green Dot COmpany, even though they power Moneypak, and the dedicated Moneypak "CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER" has no live support. This is FRAUD.
- Its great to have a hassle free option to reload prepaid cards
- There is no live support for moneypaks and green dot doesnt help

The number they gave to call said the number is out of order and the other number I called it about a week or two ago and got no one to talk to at all just tells you to go to the Web site to requested a refund done that nothing yet they like taking your money but make it hard to get back I also got a green dot per paid visa and got my money back minis 3.65 I can't get moneypak to do anything maybe this will help finger crossed

On everything I love y'all some dirty money hungry *** up people y'all the one selling the got damn money pak y'all just as responsible as green dot y'all make all that *** money in ripping the public *** not right on my dead momma y'all wrong been all this time still ant got my money back had one tell me that ant the receipt that the receipt your worker gave me then I'm a person that already new what goes on up in that store it was full of *** simple to no you can't stop moving behind the cash register when you go load something on cash app he just bouncing round can't stop *** was not pose to be working up there any way think I don't *** no cause I been new what goes on in. That store now they gone try act like they cleaning it up any one noes dollar general close at 10 this one didn't this one close at 12 they all out in front smoking weed *** everything you could name they had it at that store now they want to act like they cleaning it up just up in fire the man cause ever one started noticing in was not hard to no tattoos all the way up to ya neck face man that a convicted felony back here working I didn't have nothing to say but like I say we was all good no beef but when that happened that day I already new why in how it happen i already new it some *** he did but i no in they no they still got herion junkie still there robbbing people think people dumb he already had amoney pak on him gave me the one no good he kept the good one but it it's ok.

Refund on card
I need a refund on a defective money pax card can't read the numbers I purchased this card at the 7-11 store. Rub the back of the card and this what I got!!!

Ive been trying for two weeks and still cant add it to my card it will not send me a email to update password and it keeps telling me try again later this is trash Ive never been so frustrated in my life

Green dot is NOTHING BUT A *** MONEY SCAM....I put $200 on a card and it's been over 2 *** weeks and I still can NOT DO ANYTHING....so after attempting numerous times it kicks you out and back
Called a lawyer and now I am going to sue Green Dot Money Pak...

I would never suggest this scam to anyone.

- Green dot moneypak basically steals your money and you have no access to it
