Resolved: NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT for Moneypak issue
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I wrote to Greendot's corporate office and Investor Relations department informing them of not only of the Moneypak issue, but the fact that there is an issue with their online help form and no live agent support.
I asked them to keep the product available but look into fixing the problems. I am receiving a refund by check.
I called the number, they directed me to fill out a claim form on the site. I followed all instructions and provided screenshots of the receipt and back if the card. They ask you to type in whatever numbers you can see on the partial set, and leave spaces where you can't. However, when its time to click Submit, they won't let you submit the form because the Moneypak number is "invalid".
There is no help from Green Dot COmpany, even though they power Moneypak, and the dedicated Moneypak "CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER" has no live support. This is FRAUD.

Green Dot stole from me
yall stole $350.00 from me!!! September 22nd Green Dot aka MONEYPAK at CVS in Crestview, FL.(302 James Lee Blvd.) We purchased a money pak green dot card, to send our landlord money for rent.
My husband makes the transaction, Dylan the cashier scans my husbands ID,
AS OF SEPTEMBER 28th we have still never reached a customer rep from Green dot the supervisors from CVS wont call us back!!! i need that money for my rent!!! That is ALOT of money when you just recently moved from KY to FL. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
I am hitting a dead end we have called every number associated with green dot, moneypak, go2bank, turbo tax, money pak, etc... CVS complaint department issued us an incident report.
But nothing has been resolved! CVS MONEYPAK & GREENDOT stole $350.00 from US!!!
