Green Dot Moneypak

I purchased 2 money paks at a Walgreens on 2 separate dates, and the scratched numbers did not work. The only way to contact is by email, but there was no response.

I purchased a money pack card $500, called the (586) 277-**** customer service number and a gentleman answered the phone that had a foreign accent. After he got my number phone disconnected.

Call back, nothing. From that time, my card seems to have been wiped clean of all the funds.

Zero customer service help. If theres a class action lawsuit, Im all in.

Buy a prepaid money card only to have a representative from the same company steal the money. Call drops and upon recalling it, the number is out of service. Scam

Purchased a card for $500 and went to transfer it to my ATM card, and it says there's no money on the card. Tried no less than 30 times to contact customer service to no avail.

Finally got through on the 586-277-****. A gentleman with a foreign accent answered, and after he got my numbers, I was disconnected. I called back. The number is out of service.

Since then, my money has disappeared. If there's a class action lawsuit, I'm in.

I need to delete my full moneypak account and there is no way of doing so. A scammer stole all of my information and is using this to scam people.

They are using 3 different Visa cards. I have no way of deleting this account and there is zero customer support. My name is Chris Colwell and my personal information has been stolen.

HOW DO I DELETE MY Green Dot MoneyPak account??? please help!!

Did nothing happen? I did not get any of my problems resolved.

I have $1500 in money pack cards that I can't use, and I can't get in touch with anyone either.

You have an automated system. I need to talk to the CEO or the regional manager of this company.

Allow me to verify I'm who I say and dam update my account, it's simple as that stupid! It's not needed to just throw customers out and not help them to continue to a solution when the solution rest of world uses is in there face! I'd suggest and wish everyone who uses them to help that problem by not using it till they give a little there

When I originally tried to start a new secured login it said my information was already set up I tried to log in but I don't know my login information I went to where it helped you and you filled out the report I filled out my phone number my email address my social security number and it's still not coming up with anything what do I do

I was told that i won 3.5 mil.$. but I needed to pay 250.$$.

Processing fee , buy a moneypak to send. Didn't do it they (scamrs) still call !!!

I reported that someone kept changing my password I know who but at time they asked for me to verify I'm me but at time my ID was expired and then was incarcerated probation violation spent 8 months but lost my phone# had for while and my email and if you don't have one or the other of what you used can't update account.

So my grandmother got me a moneypak as a gift. So when I tried loading it, I was told that the card has already been deposited.

Now I know my grandmother & she wouldn't let anyone else get their hands on this card & I know I didn't let anyone else see the card so what happened? All I could think of is money pak is robbing people!

I want to know who opened a $2 money pak/Green Dot card in my name. This company owes me $500.

Are they sending me the money on this card? This has been going on for months with no result of my money being reimbursed, so why is someone opening

I scratched the back of the card too hard and I cannot read 1 digit off of the card.

I went to the site and filled out everything and uploaded everything and not sure they got it?

I will see if they make contact in 24 hours.

All the moneypak numbers is scratch off so I would need to get back a moneypak please help me if u can
