Green Dot Moneypak - Not Good
I purchased a Card with $34 dollars and then it said it didnt have no money in it. What can I do?
I have my recieve. I send several of emails with my proof and I would get no response. This happend in May 14, 2018 AT 12:37 pM. IN A 7- Eleven In Ontario ca.
I scratch the barcode on the back of the card and some of the numbers came off as well.
So I cant read it very well anymore What can I do or where can i get my money back? I Also called customer service and they said they could help me becouse they needed proof that I had bought the card so I send in the pictures of my recieves and the card information but still no response.
Reason of review: numbers came of my card..
Monetary Loss: $34.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
