I was having issues with logging into my moneypak green dot account, so I had to resend for a new password in order to log in. But whenever I tried to enter my information for a new password request, I would still get the same error message over and over again saying "Sorry the resend password link has not been sent to you.
Please try again." I even tried calling Green Dot telling them what happened, but I didn't get much response. It was so confusing what they were saying, so I don't know what else to do.
I still have a Money Pak card with $60 on it that I can't use do to this happening. Is there anyway I could get a refund and get my money back?
