I purchased a brand new Green Dot Moneypak card last week. I got home to scratch the back & add the money to my paypal account & behold the $100 i put on the moneypak card was not there.

I got a message stating the funds were insufficient.

I contact the moneypak customer service & spoke with someone who stated the money had been added to another account & i couldnt understand how & why when the card was just purchased. They told me to fax in my receipt along with the front & back of the moneypak & maybe in 7-10 business days i may get a refund but the supervisor said that its highly unlikely that i will....i just want my money back!!!!!!!!!!
