I need to know how I can get replacement for a MoneyPak card that I just purchased today for $240 at Kroger at 2300 N. Gessner, Houston TX.

77041 location. I have received a defective card where the glue on the card will cause the number to be unreadable. I tried calling customer service several times, I can not get through a person to resolve the issue because the answering machine kept asking me for the 16 digit number which is not readable, the mackine hung up on me. I sent an email explaining the situation and the email bounces back.

I need acces to this number on the card that I just purchased ASAP. Please contact me at
