Horrible still no refund. Can't get customer service by phone by googling every way to try and when I finally got customer service his response was I can't help you go to the website and no way to complete the application because there was not 1 16 digit number to be entered on the section asked.

I also didn't have the scratched numbers because it was missing numbers on the end. So please use my information to get my refund I need my money now this has been since May 3,2024 @615 pm

Horrible still no refund. I purchased a green dot Money pal from CVS Pharmacy.

I did exacly like told . Take a coin and scratch started in center went to the left numbers appeared clear went from center to the right begining of a number and the rest was just paper no numbers. Showed manager told to contact you on the number on pack if the card. They requested a 16 digit number that wasn't available and the scratched numbers could be read because no complete number.

I tried to company's for assistance and they said for $1 00 fee they could help I I'm entered my credit card it denied it because it was the wrong amt do denied and I tried another one for $1.00. one was 44.95 and the other was 35.95 I see no reason to pay additional fees for this card when I couldn't get any assistance. Please reimburse me my $500. Ty he transaction was on May 3, 2024 at 6:15pm.

I will never use the green dot money pack again. When I compaired it to the others I purchased it was different that the one I got at CVS I have submitted pictures and proof of purchase numerous times. Please I want a refund asap because this card had to be defected. Y'all customer service sucks.

I've never had to go thru so much to receive information. I was asked for a 16 numbers on card not available nor was the scratch out number readable. I'm so sick about this. I need my money asap.

Mail my refund to Brenda Broussard 106Andre Ave Maurice, La. 70555. No one should have to go through so much like I did, it's upsetting and discourage everyone not to deal with this. It's upsetting.

This is not my first experience with green dot but after many calls I finally got my refund. So please refund me imediately.

This has been since May,3 2924. And I think anyone who would be in my shoes would expect a response

I downloaded $280 on a coin with green.com and have not been able to use it I want my money back I want to assume

We have gotten Green Dot they 100 work with they save the corners and somebody else's name I get to call I get to the seat and is it nobody else they wouldn't let me activate it so I'm on my money back I'm going to take it to the *** Court

So I have been trying to talk to a live person and no luck. I bought a moneypak for $295.00 plus fees and gave as a gift, but later was accused that I had let another person use it. Bought card for 500. Could not load. Sent pictures of card.. sales slip … emailed and tried to call repeatedly… Through Green Dot I found they closed my case without notice.. Fraud.. They will take your money!! No help through Green Dot either subsidiary!!

I was trying to download my personal card with the moneypak that my friend has sent for me and when I did everything went well and as soon as I put my real estate identification which I took the picture front and back it denied me and said it was invited and said for my security reason that day was going to block me which messed me up because I really need to pay my rent for that particular moment and it really slowed me down and frustrated me and then when I was trying to get a hold of someone for MoneyPak customer service they have nothing but automated operators and online instead it kept give transfer me to the Green Dot and then Green Dot would tell me that they couldn't do nothing that I had to go back to the moneypak.com and all it did was leave me in the limbo and it never really help me and then ask me about the situation with the ID issues and when I did that it said they don't get a hold of me right back I'm still waiting right now my $80 is still in the air and I'm still trying to get this resolved because this is from my for me this money is for me is my money and I am trying to get it resolved and it's sad that I cannot even prove myself because they don't have an actual representative that I can speak to from the moneypak I don't see why is it so hard for so much I have a specialist on money pack when it's really serious because ain't no telling how many people put money on the money pack and others having to say situation and losing out it's almost as if I feel like I'm being robbed or taking advantage of some type of way to trick you and just to have the money on hold it don't make any type of sense it's risky
