Horrible still no refund. I purchased a green dot Money pal from CVS Pharmacy.

I did exacly like told . Take a coin and scratch started in center went to the left numbers appeared clear went from center to the right begining of a number and the rest was just paper no numbers. Showed manager told to contact you on the number on pack if the card. They requested a 16 digit number that wasn't available and the scratched numbers could be read because no complete number.

I tried to company's for assistance and they said for $1 00 fee they could help I I'm entered my credit card it denied it because it was the wrong amt do denied and I tried another one for $1.00. one was 44.95 and the other was 35.95 I see no reason to pay additional fees for this card when I couldn't get any assistance. Please reimburse me my $500. Ty he transaction was on May 3, 2024 at 6:15pm.

I will never use the green dot money pack again. When I compaired it to the others I purchased it was different that the one I got at CVS I have submitted pictures and proof of purchase numerous times. Please I want a refund asap because this card had to be defected. Y'all customer service sucks.

I've never had to go thru so much to receive information. I was asked for a 16 numbers on card not available nor was the scratch out number readable. I'm so sick about this. I need my money asap.

Mail my refund to Brenda Broussard 106Andre Ave Maurice, La. 70555. No one should have to go through so much like I did, it's upsetting and discourage everyone not to deal with this. It's upsetting.

This is not my first experience with green dot but after many calls I finally got my refund. So please refund me imediately.

For one thing I put on the other line I don't know I was supposed to put it all over here but someone stole my money out of my bank account from Green Dot and they act like they don't want to get it back they call me thieves and hung up on me on the all the people that y'all work for or with they're not very nice but they let somebody make somebody I don't know who it is coming to my account put his name on it and get my hundred and $45 and even had originally where I bought it at CVS pharmacy in Cartersville I didn't send the receipts and I try to send more yesterday they said they don't have them but I said this happened been going on since the 8th and I want my money back but I don't have to haul no lawyer for $145 but that's what it takes I might be a little more at home cuz I'm going to push this until I get my money back like I said call me tell me I stole the card laughed at me hung up on me even supervisors hung up on me so I had to talk I talked to 13 people in one day about this and I talked to 20 all together so and I've got nowhere so please let me know something I don't want to hire no lawyer but if I have to I will I have the dollar now I just didn't have it on my card okay thank you so much and have a blessed day cuz you look into this my phone numbers my name is Nina Sparks my phone number 770-875-**** am I supposed to remember 256-19 **** my address is 134 Leak Street apartment 10 Street my birthday September 16th 1958 that's all the information that I made my car at Green Card up but I have a number and a name that the card maybe that the one they might have sent it to he hacked my account and has been into every one of my cards even my government state check so they let him have money you can find out who the person is but I like to know what they're going to do about it and I like to know why I'm when am I going to get my money back I have kids to feed thank you ma'am have a blessed day and if you need anything else call me that number I'll be happy to tell you check the email they might have them feed them by now I don't know but I'll send them if they can't send they didn't get it they didn't get it they didn't see it that's it but y'all have some real rude people working I promise you please only don't talk to Lori to talk to you but people
