This moneypak is impossible to use. I haven’t found a single card that I can add it to! Not even the green dot prepaid card. But it says you can “Send cash quickly and conveniently to almost anyone”
1. I spent half a day trying to add money to my Apple Pay and Netspend cards to no avail. You cant get a live person on the phone, only a recorded Q&A that are no help whatsoever.

Need help!!!
I just lost 100 $ can't talk to a person or even a bot!!! Can't log on can't use card because they screwed it up at the register, I'm so done with you green dot!!!

Moneypak card says invalid...the card is new
My Aunt sends me money via Moneypak and this number didn't work this time like all the other times she has sent me cards

Cant create account so i cant load my card
Horrible still no refund. I purchased a green dot Money pal from CVS Pharmacy.
I did exacly like told . Take a coin and scratch started in center went to the left numbers appeared clear went from center to the right begining of a number and the rest was just paper no numbers. Showed manager told to contact you on the number on pack if the card. They requested a 16 digit number that wasn't available and the scratched numbers could be read because no complete number.
I tried to company's for assistance and they said for $1 00 fee they could help I I'm entered my credit card it denied it because it was the wrong amt do denied and I tried another one for $1.00. one was 44.95 and the other was 35.95 I see no reason to pay additional fees for this card when I couldn't get any assistance. Please reimburse me my $500. Ty he transaction was on May 3, 2024 at 6:15pm.
I will never use the green dot money pack again. When I compaired it to the others I purchased it was different that the one I got at CVS I have submitted pictures and proof of purchase numerous times. Please I want a refund asap because this card had to be defected. Y'all customer service sucks.
I've never had to go thru so much to receive information. I was asked for a 16 numbers on card not available nor was the scratch out number readable. I'm so sick about this. I need my money asap.
Mail my refund to Brenda Broussard 106Andre Ave Maurice, La. 70555. No one should have to go through so much like I did, it's upsetting and discourage everyone not to deal with this. It's upsetting.
This is not my first experience with green dot but after many calls I finally got my refund. So please refund me imediately.
This has been since May,3 2924. And I think anyone who would be in my shoes would expect a response

I was very dissatisfied because nobody can help me with my problem I was unable to talk to a real person I'm still having a problem with my MoneyPak card and nobody seems to want to help me or give me the proper help
I'm unable to contact anyone for help using your various phone numbers. On my 16-digit card number, it will not work.
I cannot read the numbers on the back of my card after scratching them off. I need help with this, please.

I went and purchased the MoneyPak. I gave it to my friend, but he said it was not working.
He told me to take it back to the store with my receipt. I did, but they said there was nothing they could do because they did not offer refunds.
What should I do? I need my money back, or you need to provide another solution.

Well I called from pissedconsumer and they still transfered me to their money back division that tells you to go to their website a recorded voice! I've been trying the website for three weeks and each time I am told they will investigate and get back to me in one business day and never have! I'm tired of not being able to get my money back!
