Currently Green Dot is nothing at this point to resolve this issue. They have made this my problem and offering no help in clearing up this issue.
MoneyPak did resolve part of this issuer; however, they did not pursue the rest of my funds. All claims were submitted at once but, one claim they did nothing on until I pressured them to do so. By that time they said it was too late to pursue..
In a panic he had me make the payment but, once it was realized this was a scam I contacted the local police and other government agencies. I submitted a fraud/scam claim to Moneypak and they did recover some of the funds; however, it is almost impossible to get a refund. I was given a phone number to call which I did and all I get is an auto message stating to do this or that. I cannot speak with an actual person.
I have tried this several times with the same result. I know the police has issued a subpoena to MoneyPak to recover the scammed funds. Their customer service is non-existent and very frustrating.
All I want is completion to this issue for it is frustrating enough being scammed.
Today, I submitted a 'Helpform' hoping to get some action on these claims I had submitted. Time will show what happens next.

There is no way to log into my moneypak account
